As well as sourcing appropriate Training for volunteers, Trans-Staffordshire also provide Training and Education opportunities for external organisations, partners and individuals who wish learn more about Trans related issues, all our Training and Education programs are bespoke for organisations and partners as well we would provide the right Training/Education for individuals.
Training/Education can be delivered at your venue or at one of the meeting rooms we have access to (this will incur extra costs), and can be a 1 hour session suitable for School or College Students in tutorials or lessons to an all-day Training/Education package which would be more suitable for Health and Social Care professionals the duration is flexible so if you or your organisation wish to have some have some Training please email education@trans-staffordshire.org.uk for further details of availability and costs
A sample of Training/Education could cover- Trans 101 (the basics of what the Trans spectrum is and is not), appropriate terminology and some scenarios and how to support either service users or staff who (may) identify as Trans.
